Cameron Roy
Cameron Roy is Managing Partner of The Common Good Fund, designed to help individual investors access opportunities in which they can realize strong financial returns that build generational wealth for their families and make a strong impact in the lives and communities of other families.
He left the corporate world to become a full-time real estate investor in early 2020, focusing primarily on multifamily value-add real estate. Since then, he has been able to grow his portfolio to more than 500 units, while helping other investors learn and gain access to the multifamily real estate market. Growing up in a small West Texas town, Cameron started a landscaping company in the 7th grade and ran it through high school. From there, he wrote a book and immediately married the girl of his dreams. He received his Associates of Commercial Music from South Plains College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University. When not working, Cameron enjoys playing golf, playing music, being with friends, and cheering on his Red Raiders.
