Joe Fairless
Joe Fairless has been investing in real estate since 2008 and controls over $600M in multifamily apartment communities across the U.S. He is the founder and host of the world’s longest running daily real estate podcast, “Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever” and author of three books, “Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever Volumes I and II”, and “Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book”.
Prior to entering real estate investing, Joe served as a vice president at an award-winning advertising agency in New York City, as well as operating his own consulting firm where he consulted with small businesses and startups on how to structure their business models for success.
Joe currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for Texas Tech University and the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement in Cincinnati. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
